We are thrilled to welcome Jay Taylor for an experience in sound. No prior experience, abilities, skills, or beliefs needed. Simply lay down, close your eyes, and allow the precise and powerful frequencies produced by the gongs, crystal singing bowls, and percussion to interact with your body on a cellular level. These instruments are designed to pull your cells back into their optimal vibratory state allowing you to rest, relax, and feel rejuvenated. You deserve to feel your best, Sound Meditation can help.

Bio: Jay Taylor has facilitated over 300 sound meditation experiences in the past year. It is Jay's mission to support people in the release of stress and to spread his work to as many people as possible. As a result, Jay has facilitated in hospitals, galleries, addiction clinics, yoga studios, private clubs, non-profit organizations, and corporate work spaces. It is his belief that everybody is trying their best all of the time AND that expanding over version of 'best' can be accomplished through the release of stress, healing of trauma, and the loving consideration of the body.
