Centered Studios is a wonderful place to practice yoga (I also go there for massage). The instructors are friendly and offer interesting classes; always challenging, but never losing that critical aspect of mindfulness. Centered Studios is becoming a community hub where people check in with each other and chit-chat about what's happening in the neighborhood. I'm so glad to be a part of Centered Studios.
— Michael G. via Yelp
The atmosphere here is so wonderful. The instructors are all really lovely and the coziness of this studio is exactly what I'm looking for when I do yoga. Every class is a little different, but completely up to you how much you modify. Highly recommend!
— Trista R. via Yelp
I've been coming here for about three or four months now. This beautiful little studio has become integral in my physical and emotional well-being. I love the variety of classes and types of yoga Centered Studios offers. And I love the instructors! I've learned which ones will push me physically and have me doing things I never thought I could do. Others help me rediscover love and compassion for myself with their gentleness. Most of all, I know this is a safe place for me. I know I can bring myself as I am and find what I need on any given day.

"When I moved to Chicago from Nashville, I was concerned I wouldn’t find a yoga community like the one I’d had previously. But the moment I stepped into Centered Studios, I knew I’d found my people. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The teachers are skilled and thoughtful. And the studio is easy to get to via public transit."
- Laura A.
Centered Studios is one of the hearts of Rogers Park. We are so fortunate to have this calm, welcoming space tucked in one of our train side alleys. This is where I rebooted my practice during my father's hospice at my home, stayed connected with virtual classes during COVID, and realized I was part of a loose and wide ranging community since. Amy and Barrett are generous business owners who build community in so many ways, and who continue to evolve the arenas in which we can gather inside the studio, on the lake, through community projects and sometimes for dinner at a home.
— Deidre H. via Yelp
Centered Studios is a great neighborhood yoga and wellness studio. Every yoga teacher I have taken classes with is extremely helpful, patient, and kind. The community is supportive and welcoming. I also love that the classes feel less rushed as they are 75-minutes in duration. I highly recommend it!
— Katie J. via Yelp
I've been to just about every yoga studio on the north side of Chicago and in Evanston, and Centered is the one I call home. It's so chill and laid back and everyone is friendly and down-to-earth. It's a real community. The space is cute and clean, the prices are right, and they even have a consistent morning schedule, which is what works for me. Last, and certainly not least, the teachers are first-rate. They're all so different, and each one challenges your mind and body in totally different ways.
— Jenn K. via Yelp
"The ambience is very relaxing and the instructors are great! It’s a very clean facility and they have all the equipment and mats for you to borrow. I always leave class feeling rejuvenated and like I got an amazing workout."
- Angelica R.
"As a beginner, I signed up for a month pass and found myself there almost every evening! The variety of classes is excellent to fit whatever mood you're in that day, the instructors are very in tune to the class, and teach with knowledge, patience, and serenity. The space is beautiful and inviting. Perfect haven of peace in the big city."
- Danielle W.
"I cannot write enough wonderful things about this place. I am so happy they are in the neighborhood and I know that they will do great things for the area. The Friday night yoga is a wonderful way to wrap up the week."
- Nicole P.
"An amazing array of class options with a schedule that honors the fact that most people work. The PM classes give you enough time to commute home without having to rush. Rogers Park is lucky to have such a community-focused gem right in the middle of the hood. Steps off the Morse Line, reasonable rates, and oh yeah, acupuncture if you need it!"
- Christine F.
"Thank you for the fabulous class today with Lane. What a blessing to start the day with his class in this peaceful space. So glad to have a go-to yoga studio in Rogers Park!"
– J. Dunlop
"Great experience. Mitch provided acupuncture for my 7-year-old son. He was so affable and calming that my son wants to go back!"
– A. Vasiles
"Beautiful space full of lovely people. Everyone here is so encouraging, knowledgeable, and kind. As someone new to yoga and quite nervous, I'm so happy I found a welcoming atmosphere."
- A. Frank
"Beautiful studio, great teachers, friendly reception staff, and an evening class schedule that allows me enough time to change clothes and walk my dog before class. Love the candlelight classes - and really like the yoga for strength and flexibility class."
– Lori H.
"A must in every wellness program! I came to Mitch to learn more about acupuncture and alternative methods to treat chronic pain. He was very informative and makes every session unique. As a fitness professional, I recommend Mitch to anyone looking to make a positive impact on their health."
– Mark H.
"I saw Jason for 2 treatments: once for SI joint pain and the other for menstrual cycle-related mood swings and headaches. He was on time, if not early, for both visits, and he really took the time to understand the root of the problem during intake. The effectiveness of the treatments reflect Jason’s skill and knowledge base - Jason was able to markedly decrease the SI joint pain in one treatment."
