Our classes are for all levels. Whether a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you are encouraged to move at your own pace, with intention and while listening to your body as you explore and discover your inner strength. Modifications are offered for beginners and seasoned yogis.

Community

We started this class (along with our Pay it Forward Special) to help make yoga more accessible. The donation amount is up to you, but you can contribute as little as $2 for a 75-minute class with a certified teacher. Community Yoga is designed to help you relax, refresh, and maybe even get to know your neighbors.

Mixed-Level Flow

This balanced flow is designed to cultivate a sense of peace, while also improving flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity. The class pace allows time to explore postures while carefully moving through smooth, flowing transitions that link breath with movement. Perfect for students who would like to deepen their understanding of postures, alignment, and breath awareness. Requests are taken and modifications are offered at each class. All levels can enjoy this practice – and, on Wednesdays, it’s by candlelight.

Intro to Breath Work

The Sacred Breath Method is a trauma-informed, somatically-intelligent approach to breath work journey using conscious connected breath. These classes are for all levels – for anyone interested in practicing breath work in a safe environment. In each class, we will introduce what breath work is; its benefits; what to expect during the journey; and have time afterwards for integration and sharing; $33 or $60 w/ a friend.

Sound Meditation

Get ready to embark on a transformative sound journey. Immerse yourself in a symphony of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and percussion during this mind-expanding sound meditation experience. Whether you choose to lay back or sit in sweet surrender, close your eyes and let the variety of frequencies and vibrations whisk you away to a realm of relaxation and restoration in support of your mind body journey. $33 or $60 w/ a friend.
