As we transition into summer, lets celebrate the longest day of the year with a dynamic practice that pays homage to the sun's energy and invites balance and renewal into our lives. We will honor the summer with open hearts and 108 sun salutations, recommit to resolutions we might have made, and set good intentions for the season ahead.
This invigorating practice will be divided into nine sets of 12 sun salutations. Do as many or as few as you like, and feel free to make modifications and rest when needed. We will complete this beautiful practice with a well-deserved savasana.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
