Mindful Beginnings: A Yoga Meditation, and Journaling Workshop; 6:30 p.m.

ready to start the new year with intention? join sam kasmer for a calming and reflective evening of yoga, meditation, and journaling.  This introspective, candle-lit workshop, led by trauma-informed yoga teacher Sam KasMer, will include gentle yoga, guided meditation, and journaling. You'll have the opportunity to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the year ahead. 

No prior yoga experience is required. All levels welcome! 

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat + journal [if you have one] + something to write with - we’ve got you covered if you don’t.
